摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者性激素结合球蛋白(sex hormone binding globulin,SHBG)水平与胰岛素抵抗指数的关系。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年10月收治的87例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,另选同期体检健康无2型糖尿病者87例为对照组,分析2组SHBG水平与胰岛素抵抗指数的关系。结果:观察组SHBG水平低于对照组(t=7.465,P<0.01);2组空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛素敏感性(HOMA IS,用胰岛β细胞功能指数即HOMA-β表示)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经Pearson相关性分析,SHBG水平与FINS、HOMA-IR水平呈负相关,与HOMA IS水平呈正相关(r=-0.713、-0.816、0737,P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者存在胰岛素抵抗指数较高情况,且与SHBG指标水平呈密切相关性,需加强相关指标监测。Objective:To investigate the relationship between sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG)and insulin resistance index in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 87 patients diagnosed with T2DM from Jan 2019 to Oct 2020 were selected as the observation group,and another 87 healthy people without T2DM at the same period were selected as the control group.The relationship between SHBG level and insulin resistance index of the two groups was analyzed.Results:The level of SHBG in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and insulin sensitivity index(HOMA IS)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of SHBG was negatively correlated with FINS,HOMA-IR and positively correlated with HOMA IS(r=-0.713,-0.816,0737,P<0.05).Conclusion:The insulin resistance index of T2DM patients is relatively higher,and it is closely related to SHBG levels,so it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of related indicators.
