沈阳市部分男性离退休人群2型糖尿病危险因素的巢式病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨男性离退休人群2型糖尿病的危险因素。方法:以沈阳市某定点体检机构为研究现场,对2010年9月至2011年9月进行体检的部分男性退休人群进行随访调查,随访至2015年9月。采用巢式病例对照研究的方法,以随访期间诊断为2型糖尿病的个体为病例组,同期队列中按1∶4随机抽取年龄相近的未发病个体组成对照组,采用多因素Logistic逐步回归模型来探讨2型糖尿病的危险因素。结果:研究期间队列人群共随访2492人年,2型糖尿病发病密度为16.85/1000人年;新发2型糖尿病33例。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,高脂血症和高尿酸血症与2型糖尿病发病关系密切(OR=2.462、5.574,95%CI:1.074~5.643、1.096~28.340,P<0.05)。结论:高脂血症和高尿酸血症是男性离退休人群2型糖尿病的危险因素。Objective:To investigate the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in male retired cadres.Methods:A follow-up survey was conducted on male retired cadres who underwent physical examinations at a designated physical examination institution for retired cadres in Shenyang from Sep 2010 to Sep 2011.The follow-up survey was conducted until September 2015.A nested case-control study was conducted.Individuals diagnosed with T2DM during follow-up were selected as the case group.Individuals with similar age without T2DM were randomly selected from the cohort at a ratio of 1∶4 as the control group.Logistic stepwise regression model was used to investigate the risk factors of T2DM.Results:A total of 2492 person-years were followed up in this study,and the incidence of T2DM was 16.85/1000 person-years.Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that hyperlipidemia(OR=2.462,95%CI:1.074-5.643,P<0.05)and hyperuricemia(OR=5.574,95%CI:1.096-28.340,P<0.05)were closely related to the incidence of T2DM.Conclusion:Hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia are risk factors of T2DM among male retired cadres.
