专科护士为主导的延续性护理干预在脑卒中溶栓患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨高能级专科护士为主导的延续性护理干预在脑卒中溶栓患者中的应用。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年12月在沈阳医学院附属中心医院神经内科溶栓的69例脑卒中患者,其中2018年11月至2019年5月收治的34例患者为对照组,2019年6月至2019年12月收治的35例患者为试验组。对照组采取以随访护士为主导的延续性护理干预措施,试验组采取以高能级专科护士为主导的延续性护理干预措施。在干预前、干预6个月后比较2组患者的生活质量、日常生活活动能力、并发症发生率。结果:干预后试验组患者的生活质量、日常生活活动能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以专科护士为主导的延续性护理干预,能够有效提高脑卒中溶栓患者的生活质量、日常生活活动能力,降低并发症的发生率。Objective:To explore the impact of continuous nursing intervention led by specialized nurses on the prognosis and quality of life of thrombolytic patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 34 thrombolytic patients with stroke admitted in our hospital from Nov 2018 to May 2019 were the control group,and 35 thrombolytic patients with stroke admitted from Jun 2019 to Dec 2019 were the experimental group.The control group received continuous nursing intervention led by follow-up nurses.The experimental group received continuous nursing intervention led by high-level specialized nurses.The quality of life,activities of daily living and the incidence of complications of the two groups before and 6 months after the intervention were compared.Result:After 6 months of intervention,the scores of quality of life and activities of daily living in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention led by specialized nurses can effectively improve the quality of life and activities of daily living of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
