摘　　要：皮肤瘙痒是终末期肾脏病患者常见的临床症状之一,严重影响了患者的生活质量。发病机制尚未明确,也未引起足够重视,且目前仍缺乏最佳治疗手段。该文就尿毒症瘙痒的发病机制及治疗进展作一简要综述。Pruritus is a common and distressing symptom in patients with chronic kidney disease,and is strongly associated with poor quality of life.Its pathogenesis is unclear and it does not cause enough attention.The optimal treatments for uremic pruritus are not well defined.Here is a brief review of the research progress in pathogenesis and treatments of uremic pruritus.
