摘  要:心血管疾病是目前威胁人类生命健康最主要的疾病之一,其发病率和致死率逐年增长,每年至少影响数百万人。多甲氧基黄酮化合物(PMFs)是从芸香科柑橘属植物中提取的天然产物。研究表明PMFs可通过多个靶点发挥抗炎、抗氧化、抗癌和抗诱变等多种药理作用。PMFs在心血管疾病中的研究也越来越深入,大量研究表明PMFs在预防和治疗心血管疾病以及改善预后的过程中有出色表现,比如调节血脂异常、保护心肌和血管、抗血小板凝集和调节神经中枢等方面。本文主要针对PMFs在心血管疾病中的应用和研究进展进行综述。Cardiovascular disease is one of the most important diseases threatening human life and health.Its incidence and mortality are increasing year by year,affecting at least millions of people every year.Polymethoxylated flavones(PMFs)are natural products extracted from citrus plants in the Rutaceae family.Studies have shown that PMFs can play pharmacological effects such as antiinflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-cancer and anti-mutagenesis through multiple targets.The research of PMFs in cardiovascular diseases is increasingly in-depth.Numerous studies have shown that PMFs have excellent performance in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and improving prognosis,such as regulating dyslipidemia,protecting myocardial and blood vessels,anti-platelet aggregation and regulating nerves.This paper reviews the application and research progress of PMFs in cardiovascular diseases.
