摘 要:以银西铁路甘宁段YXZQ-3标李寺村特大桥项目为例,利用计算机控制液压连续千斤顶,完成了移动模架的拆除,解决了沿海地区全年风速极大情况下移动模架安全拆除的难题。施工中,采用计算机全自动控制完成同步升降,实现力和位移控制、闭锁操作、过程显示和故障报警等多种功能。相比传统的拆除方法,项目中的下行式移动模架拆除施工安全快速,可实现千吨级移动模架体系整体下方就位,省去了大型起重设备的费用,为工程施工节约了成本。In the YXZQ-3 Lisi Village Grand Bridge Project which belongs to the Gansu-Ningxia Section of the Yinchuan-Xi′an High-speed Railway,the movable formwork was dismantled by using the computer-controlled continuous hydraulic jack,solving the problem of how to safely dismantle the movable formwork in the coastal areas where it is extremely windy throughout the year.In this construction,a computer was used to fully automate the synchronous lifting and lowering,achieving a variety of functions such as force and displacement control,locking,process display and fault alarm.Compared to traditional methods,under-deck movable formwork in the project is safer and faster to dismantle.It helps the thousand-ton movable formwork be in place in whole under the deck,saving the costs for large lifting equipment and construction of project as well.
