摘  要:为探索研究胺类捕收剂对铝硅矿物的反浮选脱硅特性,以河南铝土矿及单矿物叶腊石与高岭石为原料,以现有的4种胺类药剂与实验室合成药剂C401作为捕收剂,进行一系列反浮选脱硅试验研究,考察各捕收剂的浮选脱硅效果,即分析比较各精矿的铝硅比与产率。结果表明,季铵盐类捕收剂1227、1231与C401的浮选脱硅效果较好。适宜的反浮选脱硅试验条件为,入料磨矿细度选择为-0.074 mm占比75%,试验pH值为5.5,C401的最佳药剂用量为150 g/t。单矿物试验结果表明,各胺类捕收剂对叶腊石的捕收能力强弱顺序为:C401>1227>1231>十二胺,季铵盐对叶腊石的捕收能力随着矿浆pH的升高(由酸性变为碱性)逐渐降低。通过红外光谱分析证明,季铵盐在叶蜡石表面的吸附作用为物理吸附。In order to study the desilication characteristics by reverse flotation of amine collectors on aluminum silica minerals,the bauxite in Henan province,pyrophyllite and kaolinite were used as raw materials,and 4 kinds of existing amine collectors and the agent C401 synthesized in the laboratory were used as collectors to conduct a series of desilication experiments by reverse flotation,so as to investigate the flotation desilication effect of each collector,i.e.the alumina silica ratio and productivity of each concentrate were analyzed and compared.The results show that the flotation effect of quaternary ammonium salt collectors 1227,1231 and C401 are better.The appropriate desilication test conditions of reverse flotation are as follows:the grinding fineness of the feed material is-0.074 mm which accounts for 75%,and the test pH value is 5.5,the optimal chemical dosage of C401 is 150 g/t.The test results of single mineral show that the order of amine collectors'collecting ability for pyrophyllite is C401>1227>1231>Dodecylamine,the collection capacity of quaternary ammonium salt on pyrophyllite gradually decreases as the pH of the slurry increases(from acidic to alkaline).The IR analysis proved that the adsorption of quaternary ammonium salt on the surface of pyrophyllite is physical adsorption.
