摘　　要：综合分析了某炭素厂影响焙烧炉能耗的各种因素。通过对焙烧炉火道燃烧状况、温度场进行调整改造,解决了天然气能耗高的技术难题,降低了企业的生产成本,对焙烧炉节能增效具有一定借鉴。This paper analyzes various factors that affect the energy consumption of anode baking furnaces in one carbon plant.The technical problem about the high energy consumption of natural gas is solved by adjusting and transforming its flue combustion condition and temperature field,thus reducing the production cost of enterprises and providing references for the energy saving and consumption reduction of baking furnaces.
