摘  要:攀钢海绵钛流水线镁电解系统2015年实现了大循环生产,电解直流电强度已达到185 kA。2016年镁产量为28~32 t/d,电流效率达到60%左右,与设计有较大差距。通过对提高镁产量影响因素的试验及分析,确定主要因素为电解质中的氧化镁。氧化镁会造成阴极钝化、电解不充分、渣量增加、槽温升高等问题,最终导致镁产量下降。试验表明:在直流电强度190 kA、电解质中氧化镁量≤0.05%、槽温670℃、尾槽液位70 mm时,系统产镁量可达42.5 t/d。The magnesium electrolysis system of Pangang titanium sponge production line realized large cycle production in 2015,with the DC intensity reaching 185 kA.The magnesium output was 28~32 t/d and the power efficiency was about 60%in 2016,which was rather different from the design.Through the test and analysis on the improvement factors of magnesium production,the magnesium oxide in electrolyte is determined as the main factor.Magnesium oxide will lead to cathode passivation,insufficient electrolysis,increased slag content,higher cell temperature,and eventually the decreased magnesium production as a result.The test shows that when the DC intensity is 190 kA,the magnesium oxide content in electrolyte is≤0.05%,the tank temperature is 670℃,and the liquid level of tail tank is 70 mm,the magnesium output of the system can reach 42.5 t/d.
