摘  要:传统焙烧烟气净化技术,不能实现多种污染物的综合治理,且存在废水回用难、危废处理难等问题。针对焙烧烟气污染物,开发了双干法净化新工艺采用炭粉吸附循环技术耦合半干法脱硫技术,能够实现焙烧烟气污染物的深度治理,并且无二次污染问题,达到循环利用、节能降耗的效果。目前双干法作为焙烧烟气处理全新技术已经在实际生产中得到应用,效果显著,烟气出口指标优于超低超净排放概念要求。The traditional baking fume scrubbing technology makes it impossible to implement a comprehensive control over multiple pollutants,with difficult recovery of waste water and difficult treatment of hazardous waste etc as well.The dicyclic dry technology,as a new fume scrubbing technology,is thereby developed targeting the baking fume pollutants,which adopts the char adsorption and recycling technology as well as the semi-dry FGD technology for the deep treatment of baking fume pollutants without secondary pollution,with favorable results obtained in terms of recycling,energy conversation and consumption reduction.The dicyclic dry technology as a brand new baking fume scrubbing technology has already been applied to the practical production with evident results,the index of which is better than the standard for ultra-low emission.
