摘 要:猪瘟是影响养猪业发展的重要疫病,预防该病最经济的手段是接种疫苗。疫苗免疫猪体后,采血检测抗体水平是评价免疫效果的重要指标之一。本试验将猪瘟活疫苗(兔源)免疫13头4周龄健康小猪,分别采集一免7 d、13 d、24 d、34 d及二免10 d、20 d六个时间点的前腔静脉血,以荧光抗体病毒中和方法检测中和抗体水平。结果发现:在一免7 d,免疫组所有小猪血液中均可检测到具有中和活性的荧光抗体,说明猪瘟活疫苗(兔源)可在短时间内刺激猪体产生体液免疫应答,二免10 d的抗体水平相对于一免34 d略有下降,之后快速上升,二免后20 d,中和抗体水平极显著高于一免后13 d(P<0.01),说明二次免疫猪瘟活疫苗(兔源)可显著提升猪瘟抗体水平。Classical swine fever is an important disease affecting the development of pig industry,The most economical way to prevent it is vaccination.After immunizing pigs with vaccine,the detection of antibody level in blood is one of the important indexes to evaluate the immune effect.Thirteen 4-week-old pigs were immunized with the live classical swine fever vaccine(rabbit origin),and the peripheral blood was collected on the 7th,13th,24th,34th day after the first immunization and 10th,20th day after the second immunization.Fluorescent antibody virus neutralization method was used to detect neutralizing antibody levels.It was found that:On the 7th day of the first immunization,fluorescent antibodies with neutralizing activity could be detected in the blood of all piglets in immunization group,indicating that live CSF vaccine(rabbit origin)could stimulate body to produce the humorous immune response in a short period of time.The antibody level decreased slightly on the 10th day of the second immunization,compared with that on the 34th day of the first immunization,and then increased rapidly.The average neutralizing antibody level of the 20th day of the first immunization is highly significant higher than that of the 13th day of the second immunization(P<0.01),indicating that the second immunization with live CSF vaccine can significantly improve the antibody level of CSF.
