摘  要:采用微胶囊包裹技术制备聚磷酸铵(APP)基杂化物,并将其与二氧化硅(SiO_(2))复配引入聚乳酸(PLA)中制备PLA复合材料,研究了该PLA复合材料的阻燃性能。结果表明:引入16.6%聚磷酸铵基杂化物(APP@SiO_(2)@MF)和3.4%SiO_(2)后,PLA复合材料的热稳定性明显提升,且PLA复合材料的UL-94达到了V-0等级;与纯PLA相比,PLA复合材料的热释放速率峰值和总热释放量分别显著降低60.2%和66.1%,其阻燃性能明显提升;PLA复合材料的CO_(2)释放速率峰值和总二氧化碳释放量较纯PLA分别降低51.8%和48.9%;PLA复合材料火灾安全性能的明显提升主要得益于APP@SiO_(2)@MF和SiO_(2)在凝聚相阶段催化成炭和在气相阶段捕捉自由基的效应,为制备阻燃PLA复合材料提供了一种新策略。This paper prepares ammonium polyphosphate based hybrid(APP@SiO_(2)@MF)by microencapsulation technology,and mixes APP@SiO_(2)@MF with SiO_(2) into polylactic acid(PLA)to prepare flame-retardant PLA composites,and studies the flame retardancy of the PLA composites.The results show that the thermal stability of PLA composites is obviously improved with the incorporation of 16.6%APP@SiO_(2)@MF and 3.4%SiO_(2).At the meantime,the UL-94 of polylactic acid composite achieves the V-0 rating.Compared with the pure PLA,the peak of heat release rate and total heat release of PLA composites are significantly reduced by 60.2%and 66.1%,respectively,and the flame retardancy of PLA composites are dramatically improved.Besides,the peak of carbon dioxide production rate and total carbon dioxide production of PLA composites are respectively decreased by 51.8%and 48.9%than that of pure PLA.The significantly improved fire safety performance of PLA composites is attributed to the catalytic charring in the condense phase and the capturing free radicals effect in the gas phase of APP@SiO_(2)@MF and SiO_(2).The work provides a novel strategy to prepare the flame retardant PLA composite.
