摘  要:为保证化工园区建筑物结构的抗爆安全性能,减少爆炸事故造成的损伤,首先结合已有建筑物结构抗爆设计资料,在规定的抗爆设防等级的基础上,从建筑物结构因素、抗爆措施因素、危险源因素、防爆管理因素、外部及环境因素五个方面全面识别了影响化工园区建筑物结构抗爆安全性能的风险因素,建立了化工园区建筑物结构多层次抗爆安全性能风险评估指标体系;然后采用改进后的模糊层次分析法对风险因素进行权重排序,并运用模糊综合评价法对化工园区建筑物结构进行了抗爆安全性能风险评估,建立了建筑物结构抗爆安全性能风险等级,并引入安全风险损失等级修正;最后运用该体系对江苏响水联化科技有限公司东厂动力车间工程实例进行了建筑物结构抗爆安全性能风险评估。结果表明:该建筑物结构抗爆安全性能风险评估结果与实际爆炸后该建筑物受损检测数据基本一致,验证了建立的化工园区建筑物结构抗爆安全性能风险评估指标体系具有一定的科学性和有效性,对化工园区生产安全管理具有一定的借鉴作用。In order to ensure the anti-explosion safety performance of the chemical industry park building structure and reduce the damage of explosion accidents,combining the anti-explosion design data of the existing building structure and based on the specified anti-explosion fortification level,this paper identifies the risk factors affecting the anti-explosion safety performance of chemical industry park building structure from five aspects,namely,building structure,anti-explosion measures,hazard sources,explosion-proof ma-nagement,external and environmental factors,and establishes the index systm of anti-explosion safety performance of chemical industry park building structure.Then the paper adopts the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to rank the risk factors by weight and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the anti-explosion safety performance risk of the chemical industry park building structure and establishes the anti-explosion safety performance risk levels of building sturcture,and introduces the safety risk loss level correction.Finally,the paper assesses the anti-explosion safety performance risk with the engineering example of the East Plant Power Workshop of Jiangsu Xiangshui Lianhua Technology Co.,Ltd.The results indicate that the risk assessment result of the building is basically consistent with the actual detection result after explosion,which verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of the assessment index system and therefore provides reference for safety management of chemical industry park production.
