摘 要:针对地铁隧道清洁的需求以及国内外发展现状,对一种清洁车滚刷系统进行了研究。此滚刷系统有前后两个滚刷,且旋转方向为相对旋转,作用是将颗粒二次扫起,增大颗粒的抛射角,从而提高整个清污系统的除尘效率。借助机械系统动力学自动分析软件(ADAMS),对滚刷清扫颗粒的过程进行了仿真。分析了滚刷系统的转速、清洁车牵引速度对滚刷清扫不同大小颗粒的影响,得到以下结果:当刷毛为尼龙材料,清洁车行驶速度为3km/h,滚刷转速为180r/min时,滚刷清扫效果最佳,且颗粒质量越小,被滚刷扫起的抛射角越大。In view of the demand of subway tunnel cleaning and the development status at home and abroad,a kind of clean⁃ing rolling brush system is studied.This roller system has two roller brushes in front and back,and the rotation direction is relative rotation.Its function is to sweep the particles twice,increase the throwing angle of the particles,so as to improve the dust removal ef⁃ficiency of the whole cleaning system.With the aid of ADAMS,the process of cleaning particles by rolling brush is simulated.The ef⁃fects of the rotational speed of the roller brush system and the traction speed of the cleaning car on the cleaning of particles with dif⁃ferent sizes are analyzed.The results are as follows.When the bristles are made of nylon,the driving speed of the cleaning car is 3km/h,and the rotational speed of the roller brush is 180r/min,the cleaning effect of the roller brush is the best,and the smaller the mass of the particles is,the larger the ejection angle is.
