摘　　要：阐述了旧砂再生处理的主题意义、流程结构、工艺装备和再生砂的品质特性。废旧砂离线再生类型可适用于中小铸造企业对粘土砂铸造和自硬砂铸造产生的废旧砂再生处理,以达到降低成本、促进环保、提高资源再利用的综合经济效益,为企业转型升级和技改提供工艺技术支持。The theme meaning,process structure,process equipment and quality characteristics of used sand regeneration are expounded.The offline regeneration type of used sand can be applied to the regeneration treatment of used sand produced by clay sand casting and self-setting sand casting by small and medium-sized foundry enterprises to achieve the comprehensive economic benefits of reducing costs,promoting environmental protection,and improving resource reuse.It provides process technical support for the transformation and technological upgrade for enterprises.
