摘　　要：QGT15型滚筒式抛丸清理机适合用于小型铸件、锻件等表面清理。抛丸器投射弹丸打击放置在滚筒里的工件,对工件进行表面清理。滚筒放置在滚筒支架上,滚筒本身可以自转360°,而滚筒支架又可以与滚筒一起绕固定轴摆动,这样可消除“抛射死角”,也便于装卸工件。自带动力的2个托辊支撑并驱动滚筒转动,液压系统驱动滚筒支架摆动。清理完毕后,工件可自动卸下。除此之外,还探讨了运动部件的运动方式及运动组合对清理效果影响情况,并验证了降低噪音的几点措施,通过调整抛丸清理的程序降低了设备运行中的噪音,通过延长螺旋解决了螺旋端部漏磨料的问题,通过增加导流罩解决尾部漏磨料不好回收的问题。QGT15 drum type shot blasting machine is suitable for surface cleaning of small castings and forgings.The shot blasting device projects projectiles to hit the workpiece placed in the drum and clean the surface of the workpiece.The drum is placed on the drum support,the drum itself can rotate 360 degrees,and the drum support can swing around the fixed axis together with the roller,which can eliminate the"projection dead angle",but also facilitate the loading and unloading of the workpiece.Two supporting rollers with self-powered support and drive the drum to rotate,and the hydraulic system drives the drum bracket to swing.After cleaning,the workpiece can be automatically unloaded.In addition,the influence of the movement mode and movement combination of the moving parts on the cleaning effect has been discussed,and several measures to reduce noise have been verified.The noise in the operation of the equipment has been reduced by adjusting the shot blasting cleaning procedure.The problem of abrasive leakage at the end of the spiral has been solved,and the problem of poor recovery of abrasive leakage at the tail has been solved by adding a deflector.
