摘 要:大型环锻件被广泛用于探月工程、航空、核电、风电等领域关键部件的核心部位,因其轧制过程具有材料非线性、几何非线性等多因素耦合的特点,常存在体积大、难成形的难题。为探究大型环锻件轧制塑性成形机理与研究现状,对近年来国内外学者在环件轧制有限元模拟、大型异形截面环锻件制坯优化和环件轧制方法方面的理论分析及研究成果进行了综述,并对大型环锻件的填充不满和内部组织晶粒粗大缺陷进行探讨,最后对大型环锻件未来发展趋势做出展望,以期为大型环锻件的发展提供决策建议。The large ring forgings are widely used in the core parts of key components in the fields of lunar exploration,aviation,nuclear power,wind power and other fields.Because of the characteristics of multi-factor coupling such as material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity in the rolling process,the problems including large volumes and difficult-to-form have been occurred.In order to explore the rolling plastic forming mechanism and research status of large ring forgings,the theoretical analysis and research results of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years in ring rolling finite element simulation,large profile ring forgings billet optimization and ring rolling methods have been carried out.The filling dissatisfaction of large ring forgings and the coarse grain defects of the internal structure have been discussed.Finally,the future development trend of large ring forgings has been prospected in order to provide decision-making suggestions for the development of large ring forgings.
