摘  要:基于ProCast模拟仿真计算,研究不同内浇口速度条件下的压射室金属液压力、模具充型状态和作用效果。基于压铸试验,得到压铸件的实际充型效果及凝固质量,并对模拟仿真结果进行验证。研究结果表明:随着内浇口流速的增加,铸型内金属液流速增高,流线密度增大,铸型充型能力明显提升,铸件致密度也随之增加。压铸模具内浇口速度对充型状态和铸件质量有重要的影响作用,选择适当压铸工艺控制合理的内浇口流速,有利于获得高质量的压铸产品。Based on ProCast simulation calculations,the metal liquid pressure in the injection chamber,the mold filling state and the effect of the injection chamber under different gate speed conditions have been studied.On the basis of die casting test,the actual filling effect and solidification quality of the die casting have been obtained,and the simulation results have been verified.The research results show that with the increase of the flow rate of the inner gate,the flow rate of the molten metal in the mold increases,the streamline density increases,the mold filling ability is significantly improved,and the density of the casting also increases.The gate speed of the die-casting mold has an important effect on the filling state and the quality of the casting.The appropriate die-casting process has been selected to control a reasonable flow rate of the inner gate,which is conducive to obtaining high-quality die-casting products.
