摘　　要：高铬铸铁轧辊由于其材质特性,轧辊铸造应力较大,同时具备较强的脆性和裂纹扩展性能。由于应力消除不净、铸造存在缺陷或者轧制工艺、参数不合理等问题,在轧辊使用过程中,容易出现突发性的断辊失效现象,通过对生产的离心铸造高铬铸铁轧辊在轧钢厂轧制过程中发生的断辊失效事故进行分析,总结出轧辊断裂的具体原因。Due to its material characteristics,high-chromium cast iron rolls have relatively high casting stress,strong brittleness and crack growth properties.Due to problems such as unclean stress relief,defects in casting,or unreasonable rolling technology and parameters,during the use of rolls,sudden roll broken failures are prone to occur.The failure accidents of broken rolls occurred during the rolling process have been analyzed,and the specific reasons for roll fractures have been summarized.
