石泉大坝安全监测警戒值研究

摘  要:按照现行监测规范要求,设计(监测)警戒值是监测运行维护要求之一,安全监测管理软件应具有数据可靠性检验及预警提醒等基本功能,可为监测人员提供快速直观的数据状态评判,因此可见,关于警戒值的研究是大坝安全监测运行维护的一项基本任务。监测警戒值是基于模型分析、成果计算或类似工程经验确定的,大坝正常状态下的监测物理量及其变化速率的限制,在安全监测系统中体现为某测点原始测值、中间过程值和最终成果量的上、下限值和日变幅限值等。按监测规范要求,各类大坝应设置相应的监测警戒值或允许值,以便根据监测指标判定监测物理量是否异常,文章拟通过特征值统计、简易数学模型、百分位数等方法,探索石泉大坝安全监测系统中所有测点的监测警戒值。According to the requirements of the current monitoring code,the design(monitoring)warning value is one of the requirements of monitoring operation and maintenance,and the safety monitoring management software should have basic functions such as data reliability inspection and early warning reminder.This can provide fast and intuitive data state evaluation for monitors,so it can be seen that vigilance is worth studying is a basic task of dam safety monitoring operation and maintenance.The monitoring warning value is determined based on model analysis,result calculation or similar engineering experience.The limit of monitoring physical quantity and its change rate under the normal state of the dam is reflected in the safety monitoring system,which is reflected in the upper and lower limits of the original measured value,the intermediate process value and the final fruit amount of a certain measuring point,as well as the daily variation limit value and so on.According to the requirements of the monitoring code,all kinds of dams should set corresponding monitoring warning values or allowable values in order to determine whether the monitoring physical quantities are abnormal according to the monitoring indexes.This paper intends to use eigenvalue statistics,simple mathematical model,percentile and other methods to explore the monitoring warning values of all measuring points in Shiquan dam safety monitoring system.
