摘　　要：火力发电厂过热器管是锅炉组件中承压高、温度高的关键部件,是保证电站安全运行的重要组成部分,其安全可靠的运行可以防止锅炉发生故障,避免因过热器管泄漏造成机组停运,停止对外供电。文章对火力发电厂过热器管常见的晶间腐蚀进行了分析,并提出了预防措施。The superheater tube of thermal power plant is the key component with high pressure and high temperature in the boiler components,and it is an important part to ensure the safe operation of the power plant.Its safe and reliable operation can prevent the boiler from failure,avoid the unit shutdown caused by the leakage of superheater tube,and stop the external power supply.This paper analyzes the common intergranular corrosion fault of superheater in thermal power plant,and puts forward the preventive measures.
