摘 要:研究了铁碳微电解处理印染废水的作用机制。结果表明:铁碳微电解反应过程中总铁离子质量浓度与COD去除率存在着多项式关系,当总铁离子质量浓度为150 mg/L时,COD去除率约为50%;经铁碳微电解处理后,废水混凝沉淀的COD去除率达21.6%~32.0%,以网捕卷扫作用为主,混凝过程电性中和作用不显著。利用微电解过程释放的Fe^(3+)可实现良好的混凝效果,通过铁碳微电解降解或混凝沉淀去除的COD去除率均约占总COD去除率的一半。铁碳微电解过程可使污染物的大分子结构被破坏,生成分子量更小的物质。混凝沉淀对COD的去除减少了铁碳微电解直接矿化去除COD的负荷,处理成本显著降低。The mechanism of Fe-C micro-electrolysis(Fe-C ME)for treatment of dyeing wastewater was investigated.Tthe results show that:The mass concentration of total iron ion is polynomial related with COD removal rate during the Fe-C ME reaction,and the COD removal rate is about 50%when the mass concentration of total iron ion is 150 mg/L;After Fe-C ME treatment,about 21.6%-32.0%of COD in wastewater can be removed by coagulation sedimentation,and the main contribution of coagulation process is sweep flocculation rather than charge neutralization effect.Good coagulation effect can be achieved by using Fe^(3+)released in Fe-C ME process,and the COD removal rate by degradation or coagulation in Fe-C ME process accounts for about half of the total COD removal rate.In the Fe-C ME process,the macromolecular structure of the pollutants can be destroyed and substances with smaller molecular weight generate.The COD removal via coagulation sedimentation decreased the load of COD removal by directly mineralized degradation via Fe-C ME,and the treatment cost are significantly reduced.
