摘 要:采用混凝沉淀—UASB厌氧—MBR好氧—后混凝组合工艺处理高盐肝素钠生产废水,重点考察了混凝条件及厌氧污泥的驯化效果,分析了驯化前后微生物群落的变化。混凝沉淀实验结果表明,在混凝pH为8.0、聚合氯化铝(w=30%)投加量为24 mL/L的最佳条件下,混凝段的COD去除率为52.05%。通过控制进水ρ(Cl^(-))对厌氧污泥进行耐盐驯化,厌氧段的COD平均去除率为86.57%,厌氧反应器的COD负荷最高可达14.24 kg/(m^(3)·d)。经过组合工艺处理后,最终出水的各指标均满足GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》的三级指标。耐盐驯化后厌氧污泥中的主要微生物为硫杆菌(Thiobacillus sp.)、产黄杆菌(Rhodanobacter sp.)和根瘤菌(Ciceribacter sp.),相对丰度分别为39.02%,14.04%,5.69%。The high-salt heparin sodium production wastewater was treated by the combination process of coagulationprecipitation-UASB anaerobic treatment-MBR aerobic treatment-post-coagulation.The coagulation conditions and the acclimation effect of anaerobic sludge were studied,and the changes of the microbial community before and after domestication were analyzed.The results of coagulation and precipitation experiments show that the COD removal rate of the coagulation section is 52.05%under the optimum coagulation conditions of pH 8.0 and PAC(w=30%)amount 24 mL/L.After salt-tolerant acclimation of anaerobic sludge by controlling the influentρ(Cl^(-)),the average COD removal rate of the anaerobic section is 86.57%,and the COD load of the anaerobic reactor is up to 14.24 kg/(m^(3)·d).All indicators of the final effluent can meet the tertiary grade of national discharge standurd of GB 8978-1996.The main microorganisms in the anaerobic sludge after salt-tolerant acclimation are Thiobacillus sp.,Rhodanobacter sp.and Ciceribacter sp.with abundance of 39.02%,14.04%and 5.69%,respectively.
