摘　　要：基本的、绝对的道德事实就是一项权利而非一桩义务,是霍布斯政治哲学实现的革命性转折,既实现了与古典政治哲学的彻底决裂,也埋下了现代性危机的种子。本文拟从激情说出发,具体考量他是如何实现从自然义务到自然权利的革命性转向,并以此为理论基石处理国家状态下的臣民义务与自由的关系,进而解决作为臣民的义务与之于上帝的义务的两难。The basic and absolute moral fact is a right rather than an obligation,which.is a revolutionary turning point of Hobbes’political philosophy.It not only realizes the complete break with classical political philosophy,but also buries the seeds of modernity crisis.Based on the theory of passion,this paper discusses how Hobbes realized the revolutionary turn from natural obligation to natural right,and takes this as the theoretical cornerstone to deal with the relationship between subject obligation and freedom in the state of state,so as to solve the dilemma between subject obligation and God's obligation.
