立体化学中构型标记和a/e键标识的探讨

摘  要:现有文献资料中有关立体化学的构型标记和环己烷a/e键标识的叙述不统一,难免造成概念模糊,不易系统掌握。该论文重新梳理了这些概念,对Newman式和标准Fischer投影式进行了详细释义,全面深入地探讨了有机立体化学中的构型标记,提出了赤/苏构型在标准Fischer投影式与Newman式之间快速互换书写方法,探索了环己烷中a/e键与两个亚甲基之间的空间位置关系规律及其在多环体系中的应用,同时还重新整理了D/L构型标记法和左右手快速标记R/S构型法,归纳了表示顺/反关系的Z/E、cis/trans、syn/anti构型标记的范围和运用区域。以资提供更加简捷明了和易于掌握的构型标记和环己烷a/e键标识方法。The descriptions of the stereochemical configuration labeling and the cyclohexane a/e bond marking method in the existing literature are inconsistent.It made the concept ambiguous and difficult to master systematically.In order to provide a more concise and easy-to-master configuration labeling method and cyclohexane a/e bond marking method,this article reorganized these concepts in the following aspects:1)Explained the Newman and the standard Fischer projection formula in detail;2)Discussed in-depth the conformational labelings in organic stereochemistry,and proposed the erythro/threo configuration with instant interchange writing methods between the standard Fischer projection and the Newman formula;3)Explored the spatial relationship between a/e bond with two methylene groups in cyclohexane and its application in polycyclic systems;4)Rearranged the D/L configuration labeling method and the rapid R/S configuration labeling method with left and right hand;5)Summarized the application of Z/E,cis/trans,and syn/anti configuration labeling.
