摘　　要：针对市场上环氧石材干挂胶存在耐黄变性差、易渗油、混合偏差小等问题,采用DER-736,622对异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)进行改性,并以其为原料开发了一种新的环氧石材干挂胶EA6232。对比市面上主流品牌产品,新产品环氧石材干挂胶EA6232具有较宽的A/B混合比例范围和更好的耐黄变性能,同时具有良好的储存稳定性。产品综合性能高于JC887行业标准要求,并在石材幕墙干挂中得到了广泛推广应用。In view of the poor yellowing resistance,easy oil leakage,and small mixing deviation of epoxy stone dry-hanging adhesives on the market,DER-736 and 622 are used to modify isophorone diamine(IPDA),and Developed a new epoxy stone dry-hanging adhesive EA6232.Compared with mainstream brand products on the market,the new product epoxy stone dry hanging adhesive EA6232 has a wider A/B mixing ratio range and better yellowing resistance,as well as good storage stability.The comprehensive performance of the product is higher than the requirements of the JC887 industry standard,and it has been widely promoted and applied in the dry hanging of stone curtain walls.
