摘 要:为探索臭氧催化氧化工艺对有机化工废水中有机氮的去除能力并寻找出最佳工艺参数,本文对模拟有机氮废水进行臭氧催化氧化实验。以有机氮(ON)浓度为140 mg·L^(-1)的二甲胺水溶液为模拟废水,分别考察了反应pH、双氧水投加量对臭氧催化氧化去除有机氮效果的影响。实验结果表明,臭氧投加量4 g/L时,反应pH为8~9,双氧水投加量50%(按质量计),臭氧催化氧化对ON的去除效果最佳,且臭氧投加量越多,臭氧催化氧化去除ON效果越好。The purpose of this studv is to explore the ability of ozone catalvtic oxidation process to remove organic nitrogen from organic chemical wastewater and find the best process parameters,ozone catalvtic oxidation of simulated organic nitrogen wastewater was studied in this paper.With organic nitrogen(ON)the concentration of 140 mg·L^(-1) dimethylamine aqueous solution to simulate wastewater,respectively investigates the reaction pH,hydrogen peroxide solution dosing amount ON the catalytic oxidation of ozone to remove organic nitrogen effect.The experimental results show that when the dosage of ozone is 4 g/L,the reaction pH is 8~9,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide is 50%(by mass),the ozone catalytic oxidation has the best removal effect of ON,and the more the dosage of ozone is the better removal effect of ozone catalytic oxidation.
