二裂酵母相关原料保湿功效研究

摘　　要：本文主要研究了二裂酵母发酵产物滤液和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞产物保湿功效,通过人体功效评价试验探究不同质量分数的二裂酵母发酵产物滤液和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞产物的保湿能力。实验结果表明:二裂酵母发酵产物滤液和二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞产物从0.1%添加量开始即对皮肤具有明显的保湿效果,且添加量越高对皮肤的保湿性能越明显,具有明显的正相关性。This paper focused on the moisturizing effect of the bifida ferment filtrate and the bifida ferment lysate and studied the range of the moisturizing effect with different mass fractions through in vivo test.The results showed that the bifida ferment filtrate and the bifida ferment lysate had obvious moisturizing effect from the addition amount of 0.1%,and better moisturizing effect,with the higher the addition amount.The addition amount and the moisturizing effect showed the positive correlation.
