摘　　要：水溶性酸测定仪用于汽轮机油、抗燃油、变压器油等石油产品水溶性酸(pH)的测定,本文通过分析水溶性酸测定仪的工作原理,参考相关的国家标准,建立了水溶性酸测定仪的校准方法,提出了pH示值误差、示值重复性等校准项目,并通过校准实例及不确定度分析对校准方法进行了验证。Water-soluble acid analyzer is used to determine water-soluble acid(pH)of steam turbine oil,fire resistant oil,transformer oil and other petroleum products,the calibration method of water-soluble acid analyzer was established,the calibration items of pH indication error and indication repeatability were put forward,and the calibration method was verified by calibration example and uncertainty analysis.
