摘  要:本文采用全自动石墨炉消解体系对GSS-32、GSS-34土壤标准样品进行前处理,原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中全硒含量。结果表明,方法检出限为0.03 mg/kg,消解完成后静置1~4小时内为本方法最佳检测时间,全硒浓度越低最佳检测时间越短。与沸水浴消解体系相比较,本方法灵敏度、准确度更好,安全性更高,操作简便,效率高效,更适用于土壤全硒样品的检测。In this paper,the standard samples of GSS-32 and GSS-34 were pretreated by the automatic graphite furnace digestion system and the total selenium content in soil was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.03 mg/kg,and the best detection time was 1-4 hours after digestion,and the shorter the best detection time was the lower the concentration of total selenium.Compared with the boiling water bath digestion system,this method has better sensitivity,accuracy,safety,simple operation,high efficiency,and is more suitable for the determination of total selenium in soil samples.
