摘  要:通过熔融挤出流延成膜的方式制备了铝塑膜用PP薄膜,考查了几种爽滑剂对PP膜摩擦系数的影响,研究了摩擦系数和剥离强度随爽滑剂用量的变化,并进一步复合制备铝塑膜,考查了其综合应用性能。结果表明,爽滑剂Silicone2具有较低的摩擦系数,且随着添加量的增加可进一步降低,但爽滑剂用量过多会影响剥离强度,爽滑剂Silicone 2的添加量在8%~10%为宜。制备的复合铝塑膜具有较低的表面摩擦力、较高的剥离强度和穿刺强度。The PP film for aluminum plastic film was prepared by melt extrusion casting.The influence of several slipping agents on the friction coefficient of PP film was investigated.The change of friction coefficient and peel strength with the amount of slipping agent was studied.The composite Al-plastic film was further prepared,and its comprehensive performance were examined.The results show that the friction coefficient of Silicone 2 is low,and it can be further reduced with the increase of the amount of additive.However,the excessive amount of the slipping agent will affect the peeling strength.The addition of the slipping agent Silicone 2 is 8%~10%.The composite aluminum plastic film has lower surface friction,higher peeling strength and puncture strength.
