摘　　要：为解决本科氧化实验教学中存在的环境污染大、反应能耗高、反应温度严苛等问题,改善“照方抓药”式教学模式,本实验引入微流技术进行Swern氧化制备苯甲醛。本实验可在7 h内探究反应温度、时间及反应物浓度对反应的影响,加深学生对氧化反应的认识,锻炼学生的探究能力与思考能力。实验过程可有效训练学生萃取、干燥、薄层层析、柱层析等基础实验操作,核磁共振仪、质谱仪、红外吸收光谱仪等仪器的使用及结构解析有助于提高学生的综合能力。To solve the problems of high environmental pollution,high energy consumption,and strict temperature control in the oxidation reaction,and improve the teaching mode of"according to prescriptions and grasping medicine",this experiment is designed to synthesized benzaldehyde by the combination of Swern oxidation and microfluidic technology.In the 7-hour experiment,the effects of reaction temperature,time and reactant concentration on the micro-reaction was explored,with the students’understanding of reactions increased and their ability to explore and think heightened.The basic experimental operations such as extraction,drying,thin-layer chromatography,column chromatography can be effectively trained,and the structural analysis with nuclear magnetic,mass spectrometry,infrared spectrometer and other instruments can help promote students'comprehensive ability.
