摘 要:选用不同粒径的氧化铝粉末原料,利用挤出成型法制备管式氧化铝陶瓷支撑体,采用二次生长法在所制备支撑体表面合成NaA分子筛膜;考察了氧化铝粉体粒径对支撑体及所制备分子筛膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着原料粒径的增大支撑体纯水通量和分子筛膜的渗透通量先显著增加,当原料粒径增大至一定程度后支撑体纯水通量不再有明显变化,同时分子筛膜的渗透通量显著下降。Tubular alumina supports were prepared by extrusion molding method using alumina powders with different particle sizes,and NaA zeolite membranes were prepared by secondary growth method on these supports.The effect of alumina powder particle size on the performance of supports and as-prepared zeolite membranes was investigated.The experimental results showed that,increasing in particle size of alumina powder was beneficial to increase the pure water flux of the supports as well as the permeation flux of the zeolite membranes in a certain range,then pure water flux of the supports remain constant with the further increase of alumina powder particle size,and permeation flux of the zeolite membranes begin to decrease remarkably.
