摘 要:为研究液氯槽罐车泄漏扩散特征,本文采取CFD的组分输运模型对山东4月份发生氯气泄漏进行了模拟,并采用CFD的多相流模型研究了水幕水带对氯气泄漏扩散的影响。结果表明:当水幕设置在泄漏罐体下风侧20 m处时,60度斜向上风侧喷射水幕,其直接控制范围可以达到35 m,且比水幕垂直于地面进行喷射控制范围大;在水幕中添加碱性物质与否对于氯气浓度控制影响不大。In order to study the leakage and diffusion characteristics of liquid chlorine tank truck,the component transport model of CFD was used to simulate the chlorine leakage in April in Shandong Province,and the multiphase flow model of CFD was used to study the influence of water curtain on the leakage and diffusion of chlorine.The results show that when the water curtain is set at the leeward side of the leaking tank,the direct control range of the water curtain can reach 35m,which is larger than that of the water curtain vertical to the ground;The addition of alkaline substances in the water curtain has little effect on the control of chlorine concentration.
