稀土分离中反萃后空白有机余酸含量试验研究

摘  要:研究不同条件下的盐酸在稀土分离中反萃含稀土负载有机(P507-煤油体积比:1︰1)后,最后形成的空白有机中夹带残余的酸含量与反酸浓度、体积的关系。结果表明:反酸浓度越高,空白有机中夹带的酸含量也越高。采用合理的水洗涤方式,水洗空白有机后,稀土分离单位产品的酸消耗和碱消耗均有明显降低,同时大幅度的减少了工业废水的排放总量,降低了后端环保废水处理的压力,节约了生产成本与工业废水处理的成本。具有良好的社会效益与经济效益。To study the relationship between the content of residual acid entrained in the final blank organic and the concentration and volume of the acid reflux after back-extracting the rare-earth loaded organic(P507-kerosene volume ratio:1:1)in hydrochloric acid under different conditions in the separation of rare earths.The results show that the higher the concentration of reflux acid,the higher the content of acid entrained in the blank organic.Using a reasonable water washing method,after washing the blank organic,the acid consumption and alkali consumption of the rare earth separation unit product are significantly reduced,and at the same time,the total amount of industrial wastewater discharge is greatly reduced,and the pressure on the back-end environmental wastewater treatment is reduced.Save the cost of production and industrial wastewater treatment.Has good social and economic benefits.
