摘  要:针对催化裂化干气脱硫脱碳溶剂(NCMA)再生系统存在的腐蚀泄露情况,进行了全面的分析。主要的影响因素有:酸性气负荷超出设计负荷;催化干气中碳三以上组分超标;胺液中热稳盐含量超标;富胺液进再生塔温度偏低;贫胺液三级过滤系统运行不佳;油泥氯离子含量高。应对措施如下:脱硫脱碳溶剂再生单元扩能改造,消除瓶颈;运行时控制好催化干气的C5+含量,减少重组分携带;降低贫胺液中热稳盐含量;改善富胺液进再生塔温度,减轻胺液降解;优化胺液三级过滤系统运行;降低油泥氯离子含量;做好废溶剂的定期排放和新鲜溶剂的补充。Comprehensive analysis has been carried out aiming at corrosion leakage problems of desulfurization and decarburization solvent regeneration system for FCC dry gas.Main influencing factors of corrosion include sour gas load exceeding design load,C3 and C 3 above components in FCC dry gas exceeding the standard,the content of heat stable salt in amine solution exceeding the standard,relative low regeneration tower inlet temperature of rich amine liquid,poor operation of lean amine tertiary filtration system,relative high content of chloride ion in oil sludge of amine.Countermeasures consist of desulfurization and decarburization solvent regeneration system capacity expansion reformation to remove the capacity bottleneck,controlling C3 and C3 above components in FCC dry gas meeting the standard in order to reduce the carrying of heavy components,reducing the content of heat stable salt in amine solution,improving regeneration tower inlet temperature of rich amine liquid in order to reduce amine degradation,optimizing operation of lean amine tertiary filtration system,reducing content of chloride ion in oil sludge of amine,regular discharges of waste amine and solvent make-up of fresh amine.
