管式电除尘器在人造板行业中的应用研究探讨

摘　　要：人造板行业具有含尘浓度高、烟气温度高、烟气含湿量高的特点,文章采用的管式电除尘器可实现除尘、除雾效果,可有效脱除人造板行业尾气的粉尘及雾滴。本文对不同结构的阴极线对管式电除尘器除尘性能影响开展试验研究,并在某木业公司现场进行中试试验,研究实际饱和湿烟气工况下,不同电源频率、烟气流速对管式电除尘器除尘除雾性能的影响。结果表明:碳钢棒的电气性能最优,相比工频电压,中频电压条件下除尘、除雾效率更佳。The wood-based panel industry has the characteristics of high dust concentration,high flue gas temperature and high moisture content of flue gas.The tubular electrostatic precipitator used in this paper can achieve the effect of dust removal and demisting,and can effectively remove the dust and fog droplets from the tail gas of wood-based panel industry.In this paper,the influence of cathode wire with different structure on the dust removal performance of tubular electrostatic precipitator is studied,and the pilot test is carried out in a wood company to study the influence of different power frequency and flue gas flow rate on the dust removal performance of tubular electrostatic precipitator under the actual saturated wet flue gas condition.The results show that:the electrical performance of carbon steel rod is the best,compared with the power frequency voltage,the efficiency of dust removal and mist removal under the condition of medium frequency voltage is better.
