摘　　要：目的:观察以次氯酸钠为主要杀菌成分的84消毒液分别对金黄色葡萄球菌菌悬液布片载体和金属载体的杀菌效果。方法:采用载体浸泡杀菌试验方法。结果:该消毒剂有效杀菌成分含量为500 mg/L,试验重复三次,当杀菌作用时间为5 min时,对布片载体平均杀灭对数值为2.69,对金属载体平均杀灭对数值为3.78,作用时间为10 min时,对布片载体平均杀灭对数值为5.54,对金属载体平均杀灭对数值为6.64,作用时间为15 min时,对布片载体平均杀灭对数值为5.94,对金属载体平均杀灭对数值为6.64。结论:该消毒剂对不同属性载体具有不同的杀菌效果。Objective:To observe the bactericidal effect of 84 disinfectant with sodium hypochlorite as the main bactericidal component on the cloth carrier and metal carrier of Staphylococcus aureus suspension.Method:Adopt carrier soaking sterilization test method.Results:The effective bactericidal ingredient content of the disinfectant was 500 mg/L.The test was repeated three times.When the sterilization time was 5 minutes,the average killing logarithm for the cloth carrier was 2.69,and the average killing logarithm for the metal carrier was 3.78.When the action time is 10min,the average logarithm kill for the cloth carrier is 5.54,the average kill logarithm for the metal carrier is 6.64,and when the action time is 15min,the average kill logarithm for the cloth carrier is 5.94,and the average kill logarithm for the metal carrier is 5.94.The average log kill value was 6.64.Conclusion:The disinfectant has different bactericidal effects on carriers of different properties.
