摘  要:依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,采用火花源原子发射光谱法对超低碳冷轧薄板钢中碳、硫、磷和氮含量的不确定度进行了评定。考虑校准曲线二次非线形拟合引入的不确定度,给出非线性回归拟合引入的不确定度的估计方法。分析了影响不确定评定的各个因素,计算出各个不确定度分量并将其合成,计算出扩展不确定度,并给出不确定度报告。According to JJF 1059.1-2012“Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty”,the uncertainty of carbon,sulfur,phosphorus and nitrogen content in ultra-low carbon cold-rolled sheet steel was evaluated by spark source atomic emission spectrometry.Considering the uncertainty introduced by the quadratic nonlinear fitting of the calibration curve,an estimation method of the uncertainty introduced by the non-linear regression fitting was given.The various factors that affect the uncertainty evaluation were analyzed,the components of uncertainty were calculateand and combined,the expanded uncertainty was calculated,and the uncertainty report was given.
