摘　　要：针对石油化工行业特色高校学生科技创新对专业知识要求高、创业思维固化与创业素质教育理念落后等难题,本文从双创教育改革的角度对于以上问题进行系统研究。提出石化行业高校在办学理念、学科建设、人才培养、持续保障体制等多方面紧密结合行业特色,发挥行业优势,为石化行业培养科技创新型人才提供理论依据,为石化行业输送高素质的人才奠定基础。In view of the problems such as high requirements for professional knowledge in scientific and technological innovation,solidified entrepreneurial thinking and backward concept of entrepreneurial quality education of college students in petrochemical industry,this paper systematically studies the above problems from the perspective of entrepreneurship and innovation education reform.The paper puts forward that colleges and universities in the petrochemical industry should closely combine the characteristics of the industry in many aspects,such as school philosophy,discipline construction,talent training and continuous guarantee system,give play to the advantages of the industry,provide theoretical basis for the petrochemical industry to train scientific and technological innovative talents,and lay a foundation for the petrochemical industry to transport high-quality talents.
