摘  要:位错是一种线缺陷,它与晶体材料的生长、相变,以及塑性变形、加工硬化等现象具有密切的关系,并且,位错应力场是影响上述现象的重要原因。因此,学习和研究位错应力场的知识对材料专业的学生具有重要的意义。本文采用Matlab分别对螺型位错和刃型位错的应力场进行图形绘制,将抽象的应力场公式转变为直观的可视化图形,激发了学生的学习兴趣,增进了学生对知识点的理解,提高了教学质量。Dislocation is a kind of line defect,it is closely related to the growth,phase transformation,plastic deformation and strain hardening of crystal materials,etc.Moreover,the dislocation stress field is a key factor to affect these processes.Thus,it is important to learn and investigate the knowledge of dislocation stress field for the students of materials major.In this work,Matlab software was used to plot the graph of dislocation stress field,which makes the abstract stress field formula translate into intuitive graphics.This is beneficial to inspiring the interest in learning,promoting the understanding of knowledge and improving teaching quality.
