摘  要:目的:制备酒石酸美托洛尔骨架片,并研究其药物释放影响因素和机理。方法:通过将药物酒石酸美托洛尔和辅料聚氧乙烯、卡波姆、碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠压片,测定不同时间药物释放度,研究药物释放机理。结果:通过Higuchi、Korsmeyer和Peppas方程拟合药物酒石酸美托洛尔从骨架片的释放数据表明药物释放是扩散为主,扩散和溶蚀相结合。结论:酒石酸美托洛尔骨架片药物扩散和骨架溶蚀共同的作用下,使药物释放行为接近零级。Objective:To prepare metoprolol tartrate controlled-release tablets,and to study the influencing factors and mechanism of its drug release mechanism.Methods:The drugs metoprolol tartrate,polyoxyethylene,carbomer,sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate were pressed into tablets,and the drug release was measured at different time.The drug release mechanism was studied.Results:The Higuchi,Korsmeyer,and Peppas equations were used to fit the release parameters of the drug from metoprolol tartrate controlled-release tablets.The drug release and diffusion were dominated by the combination of diffusion and erosion release drugs.Conclusion:The combined effect of drug diffusion and matrix erosion of metoprolol tartrate controlled-release tablets makes the drug release behavior close to zero.
