摘 要:探究葡萄糖和粗甘油协同作用对胶球藻生物量及脂质积累影响。结果显示,葡萄糖和粗甘油协同作用较单一葡萄糖和粗甘油更利于胶球藻生物量和油脂积累。葡萄糖和粗甘油碳配比5︰5作用胶球藻获得的生物量、油脂含量及油脂产量为6.86 g/L、52.37%和3.59 g/L,分别是单一葡萄糖作用胶球藻的1.01、2.5和1.2倍,且较粗甘油作用胶球藻提高了168.89%、259.59%和15.9%。葡萄糖和粗甘油协同作用胶球藻脂肪酸组成和比例优越,以C16-C18为主(>83%),C16︰0和C18︰0饱和脂肪酸含量为24.76%,多不饱和脂肪酸含量为28.94%,转酯化藻基生物柴油氧化稳定性和十六烷值较高,且燃料性能符合ASTM D-6751和EN 14214标准。Synergistic effects of glucose/crude glycerol on biomass and lipid accumulation in Coccomyxa subellipsoidea were investigated.The results demonstrated that synergistic effect of glucose combining crude glycerol was more conducive for biomass and lipid accumulation in C.subellipsoidea.Biomass,lipid content and lipid productivity of C.subellipsoidea cells treated with glucose combining crude glycerol(carbon ratio of 5︰5)were achieved by 6.86 g/L,52.37%,and 3.59 g/L,which were 1.01-,2.5-,1.2-fold more than that of C.subellipsoidea cells treated with sole glucose.And biomass,lipid content,and lipid productivity of C.subellipsoidea cells treated with glucose combining crude glycerol were enhanced 168.89%,259.59%,and 15.9% in comparison with sole crude glycerol.C.subellipsoidea cells treated with glucose combining crude glycerol were mainly composed of C16-C18 fatty acids(>83%).Percentage of C16︰0 and C18︰0 saturated fatty acids was 24.76% and the contents of polyunsaturated fatty acids were 28.94%.The superior composition and proportion of fatty acids in C.subellipsoidea treated with glucose combining crude glycerol provided oxidation stability and high cetane number for alga-based biodiesel production.Alga-based biodiesel fuel properties meet ASTM D-6751 and EN 14214 standards.
