摘 要:大蒜具有广泛的食用和药用价值,其中的多种化学成分已被证实具有心血管保护作用。但其机制并未完全阐述清楚。本研究用CCK8法检测大蒜提取物对血管紧张素II诱导大鼠胸主动脉血管平滑肌细胞增值的影响。结果发现,大蒜提取物可显著抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导的血管平滑肌细胞增值。表明大蒜提取物具备通过抑制血管重构而降血压的潜力。Garlic has a wide range of edible and medicinal values,and a variety of chemical components init have been proven to have cardiovascular protective effects.But its mechanism has not been fully elaborated.In this study,the CCK8 method was used to detect the effect of garlic extract on the proliferation of rat thoracic aortic vascular smooth muscle cells induced by angiotensin Ⅱ.The results showed that garlic extract can significantly inhibit the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells induced by angiotensin Ⅱ.It shows that garlic extract has the potential to lower blood pressure by inhibiting vascular remodeling.
