摘 要:在经典1,4-丁二醇环化脱水反应中,应用最广的催化剂浓硫酸存在高腐蚀性、高废酸性、危险性等诸多不利因素,使用固体酸催化剂是最有效的解决途径之一。本文以全氟磺酸树脂为催化剂,对1,4-丁二醇脱水制备四氢呋喃的反应进行研究,重点考察了反应温度、催化剂占比对反应速率和产率的影响。实验结果表明:反应温度132℃,反应时间3 h,催化剂占比为5%(以1,4-丁二醇的质量为基准,下同),四氢呋喃产率接近98.0%,催化剂重复实验10次,产率仍接近98.0%,明显优于浓硫酸催化效果。In the classical 1,4-butanediol cyclization dehydration reaction,concentrated sulfuric acid,the most widely used catalyst,has many adverse factors such as high corrosivity,high waste acidity and risk.The use of solid acid catalyst is one of the most effective solutions.In this paper,the dehydration of 1,4-butanediol to tetrahydrofuran was studied with perfluorosulfonic acid resin as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,catalyst ratio,reaction rate and yield were investigated.The experimental results show that the reaction temperature is 132℃,the reaction time is 3 hours,the proportion of catalyst is 5%(based on the quality of 1,4-butanediol,the same below),the yield of tetrahydrofuran is close to 98.0%,and the catalyst is repeated for 10 times,the yield is still close to 98.0%,which is obviously better than that of concentrated sulfuric acid.
