摘  要:聚甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(PHEMA)以其具有高亲水性、高强度等特点在生物、医学等领域得到了广泛的研究,本实验通过探索交联剂、引发剂、催化剂、温度因素对PHEMA性能的影响。选择出了拥有一定机械强度,最适合作为聚合物基底的PHEMA水凝胶用料配比以及聚合温度,并用此条件合成出了PHEMA-PDMAEMA水凝胶。通过红外来表征水凝胶的组成,测试了水凝胶的溶胀曲线、不同合成温度的溶胀曲线以及不同水温的溶胀曲线,并通过砝码拉力试验简单测试了水凝胶的强度。Poly-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(PHEMA)has been widely studied in the fields of biology and medicine because of its high hydrophilicity and high strength.In this experiment,the influence of cross-linking agent,initiator,catalyst and temperature factors on the performance of PHEMA was explored.PHEMA-PDMAEMA hydrogel was synthesized by selecting the most suitable material ratio and polymerization temperature of PHEMA-PDMAEMA hydrogel with certain mechanical strength as polymer substrate.The composition of hydrogels was characterized by infrared,and the swelling curves of hydrogels,the swelling curves of different synthesis temperatures and different water temperatures were tested.The strength of hydrogels was simply tested by weight tensile test.
