摘  要:针对某LED外延芯片生产企业排放的生产废水中COD_(Cr)、总氮均较高,为满足污水处理厂提标要求,对原有A/O工艺进行升级改造,新增臭氧氧化+曝气生物滤池+高效纤维过滤处理工艺,研究了该工艺对深度处理的影响。经过实践运行,结果表明:工艺出水COD_(Cr)≤30 mg/L、总氮≤8 mg/L、总磷≤0.09 mg/L、氟化物≤1.3 mg/L,完全满足提标控制指标。该工程的改造,对企业的发展是重要的保障,同时可为其他同类企业提供借鉴,具有重要的实践指导意义。The wastewater from LED epitaxial chip industry has high concentration COD_(Cr) and TN.In order to meet the standards of sewage treatment plants,the original A/O process was modified.Additional Ozone oxidation+(Biological aerated filter)BAF+High efficiency fiber filtration treatment process was developed.The effect of this process on advanced treatment was studied.The results showed that this process has property of stable efficiency.The average COD_(Cr),TN,TP and fluoride concentrations in the effluent were 30 mg/L,8 mg/L,0.09 mg/L and 1.3 mg/L,respectively.The effluent quality achieves the upgrading standards.The project is can be used for reference by other enterprises in their wastewater treatment processes.
