摘 要:目的:构建基于合理用药软件系统的用药管理体系,探讨合理用药软件系统在促进抗肿瘤药物合理用药中的作用。方法:药师依托合理用药软件系统,持续完善抗肿瘤相关药物知识库和运行规则,结合事前干预、事中审方、事后点评为一体的方式,促进抗肿瘤药物合理使用。通过对比分析合理用药软件系统实施前后抗肿瘤药物用药情况,考察其在促进抗肿瘤药物合理使用中的作用。结果:抗肿瘤药物相关医嘱抽样点评合格率由75.42%提升至94.58%,用法用量、配伍、相互作用、重复用药等问题均明显改善。运行稳定后,事前干预和事中审方发现的不合理医嘱数量均有所下降。结论:药师基于合理用药软件系统对抗肿瘤药物进行合理用药管理,提高了管理效率,促进了抗肿瘤药物合理使用。OBJECTIVE To construct a medication management system based upon rational drug use software system and explore its role in promoting rational use of antitumor drugs.METHODS Pharmacists relied on the rational drug use software system to improve the knowledge base of antitumor-related drugs and prescription review rules in conjunctions with prior intervention,mid-event review and post-event comment to promote the rational use of antitumor drugs.By comparing the use of antitumor drugs before and after implementing rational drug use software system,the role of the system in promoting rational use of antitumor drugs was examined.RESULTS The qualified rate of antitumor drug prescriptions at this hospital spiked from 75.42%up to 94.58%.The problems of usage/dosage,compounding,interactions and repeated drug use were significantly resolved.After stable system operation,the number of unreasonable prescriptions detected by both pre-intervention and mid-event review decreased.CONCLUSION The rational drug use software system has improved management efficiency and promoted the rational use of antitumor drugs.
