摘　　要：大脑半球毁损性手术是治疗儿童半球性病灶所致难治性癫痫的一种常用手术方式,手术以切断患侧大脑半球与其余神经系统的联系为目标,对特定适应证的难治性癫痫有良好的预后。目前对此治疗方式开展了较多临床研究,本文现就大脑半球毁损性手术治疗儿童难治性癫痫的研究进展进行综述。Cerebral hemispherical damage surgery is indicated for children with drug resistant epilepsy caused by hemispheric lesions.It is intended to cut off the connection between affected hemisphere and the rest of nervous system.It offers a decent prognosis for refractory epilepsy with specific indications.Currently there are numerous clinical trials.However,systematic literature review is lacking.This review summarized the latest therapeutics of intractable epilepsy in children with cerebral hemisphere damage surgery.
