摘 要:为了解植物生长调节剂(GGR-6)对米槁插穗生根的影响,以清水为对照(CK),用植物生长调节剂处理米槁1年生嫩枝插穗,研究米槁扦插生根过程中的生理动态变化。结果表明:在插穗生根过程中,可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白质量分数呈先下降后上升的V型变化趋势。扦插初期,处理组插穗的吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性低于对照组;在生根后,处理组插穗的氧化酶活性上升并高于对照组。各内源激素在插穗生根过程中的质量分数变化不同,高质量分数的吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)与愈伤组织的形成及根原基的诱导成正相关。在不定根产生时,IAA、脱落酸(ABA)、ZR质量分数减少,IAA与ABA、IAA与ZR质量分数比值高则促进插穗生根。In order to understand the effect of plant growth regulators(GGR-6)on rooting of Cinnamomum migao cuttings,one-year-old tender cuttings of C.migao cuttings were treated with plant growth regulators(CK),and the physiological dynamic changes of C.migao cuttings during rooting were studied.The results showed that during the rooting process of cuttings,the contents of soluble sugar,starch and soluble protein decreased at first and then increased.At the initial stage of cuttage,the activities of indoleacetic acid(IAAO),polyphenol oxidase(PPO)and peroxidase(POD)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and after rooting,the oxidase activity in the treatment group increased and higher than that in the control group.The concentrations of endogenous hormones were different during the rooting process of cuttings.High concentrations of indoleacetic acid(IAA),gibberellin(GA)and zeatin nucleoside(ZR)were positively correlated with callus formation and root primordium induction.When adventitious roots were produced,the concentrations of IAA,ABA and ZR decreased,while the high values of IAA/ABA and IAA/ZR promoted the rooting of cuttings.Thus,GGR-6 can promote the internal physiological and biochemical process of C.migao cuttings.
